On April 30, the employment and entrepreneurship work conference of IBC’s Grade 2019 graduate was successfully held in the International Conference Hall of Shipai Campus. Zhu Kongjun, Secretary of SCNU’s Party Committee; Wang Enke, president of South China Normal University; and Zhai Zhenqiang, Deputy Secretary of SCNU’s Party Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhai Zhenqiang, the Deputy Secretary of SCNU’s Party Committee and the Secretary of Discipline Committee. At the meeting, our university recognized and awarded the outstanding performance of the working units and individuals in Grade 2018 graduates' employment. Secretary Zhu Kongjun presented the award to the winning units. President Wang Enke made an important address, and signed the responsibility plan book for the objectives of graduate employment with these representatives of three campus.

In the employment work of Grade 2018 graduate, IBC once again won a great success, obtained the title of Employment Advanced Unit, won the first prize in employment rate, following winning second prize of employment advanced unit in 2017. The counselor Wu Lingfang won the title of employment advanced individual.

All along, IBC has attached great importance to students’ employment. Under the national, provincial and university’s graduate work policy, and based on students’ actual situation, we have optimized talent training and employment services, and have actively carried out various forms of graduate education management, guidance and service work, which leads to our employment work achieving good results. Employment rate of Grade 2017 and Grade 2018l students was 100%. Graduates’ social recognition, the quality of student employment, as well as the matching degree of students' occupation and speciality are high.

In 2019, our college will continue to innovate talent training model, continue to increase the planning and guidance of employment work, strengthen students' ideal beliefs and integrity education, seize the opportunity, and strive to train students to become an applied and innovative comprehensive talent with international perspective. We will strengthen service awareness and guidance level, implement all-staff education, mobilize all staff of our college to provide graduates with more targeted, personalized employment guidance services, conscientiously implement the school's instructions on employment work requirements, focus on improving the quality of personnel training, improve employment guidance and service capacity, and promote employment of graduates from our college with higher quality.
