At 14:00 of May 30, with the support of the Organizing Committee of  Simulated APEC Competition, selection competition of the 2019 MODEL APEC in South China Normal University, hosted by the International Business College, was successfully held at the Innovation Center. The competition invited three teachers from International Business College: Pan Xiaojian, Huang Wei, Ruan Ao as the judges of this competition. At the same time, Dean Wu, Mr. Zuo, Mr. Li, and Mr. Liang from International Business College as guests also attended this competition.

At the highly simulated All-English conference, 30 contestants were divided into two groups. They conducted a discussion with the topics of "Empower women-led business-power of digitalization" and "Empower women start-up-challenges and opportunities".The contestants spoke positively, representing the major economy entity in the Asia-Pacific region. In the first part of this competition, all delegates fluently expressed their opinions and suggestions in English. In the second part, under the auspices of the chairman of this Conference, a wonderful discussion was launched.
