On January 13, Dean Wu Jianli was invited to attend the “2016 Guangdong University International Exchange and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Working Conference” organized by the Exchange and Cooperation Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education at Zhongshan Institute of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China , and she also made a keynote speech on “Application and Implementation of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in running schools”.

Dean Wu first explained the application instructions for Chinese-Foreign cooperative education in terms of policy basis, application time and application process in detail. Then she analyzed the evaluation key points of Chinese-Foreign cooperative education in terms of academic foundation, international foundation and legal foundation. Finally, she took the real estate finance undergraduate program jointly established by South China Normal University and the University of Aberdeen  as an example, and she published her insights on the talent training of Chinese-Foreign cooperative education projects in terms of the formulation of talent training plans, curriculum construction and teaching reform, and the construction of international teachers. She also shared her experience in the management of Chinese-Foreign cooperative education programs from the aspects of meeting system, foreign teacher management and financial system.

Yan Bingchen, Director of the International School Running and Supervision Division of the International Department of the Ministry of Education, Tang Zhenfu, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Department of International School Running of the Secretariat of the China Education International Exchange Association, Li Jinjun, Director of the Exchange and Cooperation Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, and more than 130 universities in Guangdong Province 163 persons in charge of international affairs also attended the meeting.
